Reardon v. ClosetMaid, et. al.,  No. 08-1730 (W.D. Pa.) class action  alleging  violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act based upon the defendants improper procurement and use of criminal background and credit reports with respect to prospective and current employees.

     Vincent v. Wolpoff & Abramson, No 08-423 (W.D.Pa.) class action alleging violations of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act based upon the defendants adding charges to the plaintiffs’ loan balances representing attorneys’ fees calculated as a percentage of the outstanding balance.

     Wahl v. ASIC, 08-555 (N.D.Cal.) class action alleging breach of contract and misrepresentation where defendant issued and charged borrowers for force placed property insurance even though the borrowers allegedly already had property insurance coverage.

     Gillespie v. Equifax, 05-138 (N.D.Ill.) class action alleging that credit reporting agency violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act by failing to clearly and accurately disclose information about the age of delinquent credit information in consumer file disclosures.

     Haluska v. Forbes Regional, 05-9134 (Allegheny Cty, Pa.) class action brought on behalf of persons who underwent a colonoscopy with a colonoscope that was allegedly not properly cleaned according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
